After your initial evaluation personalized movement and corrective exercises are incorporated into your warm up.

Change of direction, acceleration, first step, reaction, and other speed and agility drills are completed as a group.

From mastering the basics to being on the cutting edge of technology.

Every member is assessed for movement quality, body composition, medical history and goals. A personalized strategy is developed and used as your curriculum for class.  Since the class sizes remain small we are able to have multiple training plans going on simultaneously without losing the quality of coaching.  Training sessions start with movement practice, followed by speed & agility, strength work and finished with recovery modalities.
