Just like my great grandmother, Mary Mogel, we believe in small batch high quality products and services. Mary Mogel was a Chicago based millinery (hat maker). Her passion and profession was women's fashion. While our passion is fitness and human performance the memory of her vivacious life fuels the inspiration for our concept of what fitness should be.  A personalized and unique atmosphere that is experienced amongst a small community of patrons.   (A promo card from her shop is below:)

Recovery

Self soft tissue, stretching, corrective movements and other modalities are used to cool down and start the recovery process.

Every member is assessed for movement quality, body composition, medical history and goals. A personalized strategy is developed and used as your curriculum for class.  Since the class sizes remain small we are able to have multiple training plans going on simultaneously without losing the quality of coaching.  Each client is monitored with a My Zone Heart Rate Monitor sensor to keep training intensity in the desired zone.  Training sessions start with movement practice, followed by strength work and finished with recovery modalities.
